The global emergency is pushing us into moral and compassionate development. There is a growing fecundity of free-access, not for profit networks that just share intelligence and our one innate resource - that of mind. This is because the human spirit loves to be generous and caring. Buddhist monasteries are places where you can witness the validity of this, I hope there are others. Maybe the basic task, wherever, however is to clear through our own debris and touch our spiritual resource. Simply because it's through doing this, and following its leanings, we feel richly alive. We have to share in order to grow, and the more you do, the richer you get. It's true that private ownership has by now taken over much of what actually 'belongs' to the planet, but the nature of this grabbing is that the more you grab, the more you need. So the big corporations have to fight and gobble each other up. My hunch is that the future belongs to the shrews and rodents, not the dinosaurs. If we can stay alive! People have been driven to operate in a selfish way by being treated as if they were only interested in their selves. Yet in my experience people want to share, work and play together for the collective good.Dave Robinsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04679298313829182359noreply@blogger.com
